uses | 2-cyanopyrazine is an important organic chemical raw materials and pharmaceutical intermediates, there are a wide range of uses in the field of medicine. Cyano pyrazine is the basic raw material for the synthesis of pyrazinamide tuberculosis special medicine. |
synthesis method | in a 1 liter three-necked flask, 500 ml of toluene was successively added under the protection of nitrogen, 48G (0.3 mol) of 2-bromopyrazine, 11.8g (0.36 Mol, 1.2 eq) of sodium cyanide, 5.73G (30 mmol, 0.1 eq) of cuprous iodide, 10G potassium iodide (60 mmol, 0.2 equiv),26.4g N,N'-dimethylethylenediamine (0.3 Mol, 1.0 equiv), stirred under nitrogen at 110 °c for 30 hours, the reaction was terminated, followed by filtration, and the filtrate was fractionated under reduced pressure to obtain a clear liquid 2-cyanopyrazine, yield 70%, purity 99%(GC), and boiling point 84-87 °c (18-20mmHg). |
